According to the RadTech UV & EB North American Update, UV&EB formulation consumption grew in North America for the 35th consecutive year, reaching about 95,000 metric tons in 2005. Demand for UV&EB is now growing at just over 7% annually.  Over-print varnish for graphic arts accounted for 28% of the volume, followed by inks at 25% and wood coatings and fillers at another 22%.  The balance 25% was used for miscellaneous applications including plastics coatings, adhesives etc........Details
